poxisFX is a sole proprietorship (enskild firma) registered in Sweden, operated by Amir Nazar. This policy covers the poxisfx.com website, the Empowered Trader's Academy free course on Skool, the mentorship program (a course plus the Discord community with access to Amir), 1:1 coaching, and the internal poxisFX Dashboard / Publisher tool used to manage and publish content on poxisFX's own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts, including its automatic replies to people who comment a keyword. Contact: amir@poxisfx.com.
What this policy covers
- The website (poxisfx.com and its blog).
- The free course on Skool (Empowered Trader's Academy on Skool.com; joining needs a free Skool account).
- The mentorship program (a course plus the Discord community with access to Amir, applied for through the site) and 1:1 coaching with Amir.
- The poxisFX Dashboard / Publisher tool, an internal tool Amir uses to plan, generate and publish content to poxisFX's own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts. It is not a public product and nobody outside poxisFX logs into it.
- Automatic replies: the Instagram direct messages sent to people who comment a keyword on a poxisFX post (or reply to a story with one), and the replies to YouTube comments that are a keyword.
Information collected on the website
The website itself does not run a tracking pixel or ad network. poxisfx.com and the course preview page (course.poxisfx.com/guest) count visits with poxisFX's own simple analytics, which sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser. For each page view it records the page, the time, the website you came from (only the site's address, for example instagram.com, never the full link), the campaign tags in the link you followed, your country and the type of device (phone, tablet or computer). It also counts a few taps: an Apply button, a link to Skool, YouTube, the booking calendar or a payment page, a free lesson's end quiz coming into view, and the moment the application form reports that it was sent (only that it happened, never what was written in it).
To count how many different people visit in a day, your IP address and browser details are combined with a random value that changes every day and turned into a one-way code. The IP address and browser details themselves are never stored, and each day's random value is deleted the next day, so the code cannot be traced back to you or linked across days. This is done in poxisFX's legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used. The data is kept in poxisFX's own database at Cloudflare for up to 400 days and is never sold or shared.
When poxisFX sends you a link to the course preview page in a direct message, the link carries your Instagram username, and the page logs when it is opened: that username, the time, your country and the type of device and browser (for example "iPhone, Instagram app"). Amir uses this only to see whether someone he messaged has looked at the preview, so he can follow up. These records are deleted automatically after 12 months; to have yours deleted sooner, email amir@poxisfx.com with your Instagram username.
The apply page also uses Google Analytics (GA4), and it only loads after a visitor accepts the cookie banner; declining means it does not run at all. The banner choice is stored locally in the visitor's browser.
The apply page has poxisFX's own application form. Your answers (first name, email, and if you give them your Instagram handle and WhatsApp number; your trading stage, what you trade, what is holding you back, why now, when you want to start and whether you are ready to invest in the Mentorship) go to poxisFX's own database at Cloudflare, together with the link tag you arrived with (for example the Instagram username in a link Amir sent you), the campaign tags in that link, the website you came from (only its address), your country (from your IP address, by Cloudflare) and the type of device and browser. Amir gets a message with your answers so he can prepare. This is used only to decide whether a call is a good fit and to prepare for it, never sold or shared with unrelated third parties.
The form is protected against spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser when you send the form; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.
If you book a call, the time and your time zone are stored with your application, and the call is added to Amir's Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, with you invited by email address. Google sends you its own calendar invitation, under Google's privacy policy. poxisFX reads only whether Amir's calendar is busy or free, never the details of his other events.
Emails about your application and call (the booking confirmation, reminders before the call, a link to book if you did not pick a time, and a link to rebook if we missed each other) come from course@poxisfx.com through Cloudflare's email service. They are part of the call you asked for, so they come whether or not you tick the box on the form.
The tick box "Yes, send me Amir's emails about trading and the Mentorship" is optional and unticked. Only if you tick it does poxisFX send you other emails (lessons and news about the Mentorship); the time you ticked it is stored as a record. Every such email has an unsubscribe link. These emails are sent through Sender (sender.net), which stores your first name and email for that purpose. The email you give in the join questions of the free Skool community ("for access, onboarding, free resources & more") goes to the same list. Sender holds your details for 30 days after you join or apply (less if you book a call or buy). poxisFX keeps your email, first name, where you signed up, the date and the time you agreed, to email you again later, until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion at amir@poxisfx.com.
The free course on Skool
The free course runs on Skool's platform, not poxisFX's own servers. Account creation, messages and activity inside Skool are handled under Skool's own privacy policy, which poxisFX does not control. poxisFX can see member activity and content posted inside the course's Skool group, consistent with how any group admin can on Skool.
The mentorship program
Applying for or joining the mentorship means sharing contact details (name, email, phone) and whatever is discussed on calls or in messages. That information is used only to run the mentorship: scheduling, communication, and program delivery. It is not sold to third parties.
The poxisFX Dashboard / Publisher tool
This is an internal tool, used only by Amir, to plan, generate and publish poxisFX's own YouTube videos, Instagram posts and TikTok videos. It connects to the YouTube Data API, the Instagram API and TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API only for poxisFX's own accounts: to post poxisFX's own content and to read those accounts' own statistics. It does not log into or post to anyone else's account. It is not distributed or made available to the public.
What it reads: poxisFX's own YouTube Analytics (views, watch time, audience retention), the insights Instagram gives an account owner about poxisFX's own Instagram accounts (for example reach, views and the countries followers are in, as totals), and for TikTok the account's display name and whether each upload has been posted. It also reads the text of comments left on poxisFX's own Instagram posts to count how often a keyword was commented; the commenters' names are not kept for that count. This data is stored locally on Amir's own computer and is never sold or shared.
To post a picture or video to Instagram, the file is placed for a short time on poxisFX's own file storage at Cloudflare (Instagram fetches it from there) and deleted right after the post. The logins to the three platforms (access tokens) are kept on Amir's computer only.
Automatic Instagram messages (comment a keyword)
When you comment a keyword (for example VOLUME) on a poxisFX Instagram post, or reply to a poxisFX story with one, an automation run by poxisFX may send you a private reply and a short series of direct messages with the free resource that keyword stands for. It may check whether you follow the account before it sends the resource. It only writes to you after you contacted poxisFX first, within the limits Instagram sets for businesses.
What is stored: your Instagram username and first name as Instagram shows them, the ID Instagram gives poxisFX for you, the keyword, which post or story it was on and the ID of your comment (the comment itself is read to find the keyword, not kept), the messages sent to you and where you are in that series, whether you opened them and which of their buttons you tapped, whether you followed the account when it was checked, and the times of all of this. It is stored in a database poxisFX runs on Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers and D1) and is used only to send these messages and to see which free resources people want. It is never sold or shared.
Everything stored about you there is deleted automatically once you have had no activity with it for 12 months (no comment, message, reply, open or tap).
To stop the messages, or to have everything stored about you deleted, email amir@poxisfx.com with your Instagram username. It is deleted within one month, as the GDPR requires, and usually much sooner.
Automatic YouTube replies
When this is switched on, the dashboard reads new comments on poxisFX's own YouTube videos, and a comment that is only a keyword (for example "VOLUME") gets one public reply that points to the video's description and pinned comment. Each reply is logged on Amir's own computer with the commenter's YouTube channel ID and name as YouTube shows them, the comment and the reply. To have that record deleted, email amir@poxisfx.com with your YouTube name.
TikTok
The dashboard connects to poxisFX's own TikTok account through TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API. It uses them only to upload poxisFX's own videos to that account (as drafts that Amir finishes in the TikTok app, or posted directly with the settings he chooses on each post), to read the account's display name, and to check whether each upload has been posted. It reads no other TikTok user's data. See TikTok's Privacy Policy for how TikTok handles data. Access can be removed at any time in the TikTok app's settings for connected apps.
Use of Google API Services / YouTube API Services
The poxisFX Dashboard uses YouTube API Services. By using this tool, Amir (as the sole operator) agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
poxisFX's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. See the Google Privacy Policy for how Google handles data.
You (or Amir, as the account holder) can revoke the Dashboard's access to a Google account at any time from Google's security settings.
Cookies
poxisfx.com's own visit counting uses no cookies. The only cookies set by poxisfx.com are for Google Analytics on the apply page, and only after the cookie banner is accepted. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are used by poxisFX on this site.

Data retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for (running the mentorship, responding to applications, running the automatic messages, or the legally required minimum for business records), and reasonable steps are taken to protect it. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
Applications are deleted 12 months after the last activity on them (the application itself, a booked call, an email about it, or the outcome of the call), the same 12 months as the course preview page log. An application with a call still coming up is never deleted. To have yours deleted sooner, email amir@poxisfx.com.
Your rights
As poxisFX operates from Sweden, EU/EEA visitors have rights under the GDPR, including the right to access, correct or delete personal data poxisFX holds about you, and to object to its use. To exercise any of these, email amir@poxisfx.com (for the automatic Instagram or YouTube replies, include your Instagram username or YouTube name so it can be found).
Children
The website, the free course on Skool, the mentorship program and 1:1 coaching are not directed at children, and poxisFX does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the business changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
