The free course on Skool
The Empowered Trader's Academy free course runs on Skool's platform, and joining needs a free Skool account. Membership is also governed by Skool's own terms of service, which poxisFX does not control. poxisFX can remove members or content from the course's Skool group at its discretion, for example for spam, abuse or sharing outside content without permission.
The mentorship program
Applying for the mentorship does not guarantee acceptance. Program terms, including price, schedule and any cancellation or refund policy, are the ones agreed at the time you sign up. As with the rest of this site, nothing taught in the mentorship is a promise of results: trading outcomes depend on the individual, market conditions and risk taken, none of which poxisFX controls.
The poxisFX Dashboard tool
The poxisFX Dashboard is an internal tool, used only by Amir, to plan, generate and publish content to poxisFX's own YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts. It is single-user, connects only to Amir's own channel and accounts, and is not distributed, sold or made available to anyone else. It is covered here because it is part of how poxisFX operates, not because it is a public product. When it posts to TikTok it follows TikTok's own rules for posting, including the choices TikTok asks for on each post. See the Privacy Policy for what data it touches.
Free resources sent when you comment a keyword
If you comment a keyword on a poxisFX Instagram post (or reply to a story with one), you ask poxisFX to send you the free resource that keyword stands for. You may then get a private reply and a short series of direct messages about it; a comment that is a keyword on a poxisFX YouTube video may get a public reply pointing to the video's description. The resources are free, for education only, and provided as-is, like everything else here. To stop the messages, email amir@poxisfx.com with your Instagram username. What is stored about you and how to have it deleted is in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty, limitation of liability
poxisfx.com, the free course on Skool, the mentorship program and 1:1 coaching are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by Swedish law, poxisFX is not liable for any trading losses, indirect damages, or losses arising from your use of this site, the community or anything taught in the mentorship.

These terms may be updated as the business changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continuing to use poxisfx.com, the community or the mentorship after a change means you accept the updated terms.
